How did Demetrius and Lysander fall in love with Helena?

In the play "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by William Shakespeare, it is not Demetrius and Lysander who fall in love with Helena. Instead, Demetrius is initially in love with Hermia, while Lysander is also in love with Hermia.

The confusion and love triangle arise due to the magical intervention of a mischievous fairy named Puck. When Puck accidentally anoints Lysander's eyes with a love potion meant for Demetrius, Lysander falls deeply in love with Helena. Demetrius, on the other hand, remains steadfast in his love for Hermia.

As the play unfolds, the love potion causes further complications and shifts in affections, leading to humorous situations and misunderstandings among the characters.
