What happened first in romeo and Juliet act V?

The first scene in Romeo and Juliet, Act V, takes place in Mantua, where Romeo is exiled. He has just learned of Juliet's apparent death and is overcome with grief. He decides to return to Verona to see her one last time, even though it means risking his life.
