At Laugh Out Loud Theater you will never see the same show twice. Enjoy an improvised comedy show that is similar to the show Whose Line Is It Anyway, which featured Wayne Brady and Drew Carey. Make suggestions to the comics and they will create skits, songs and monologues to keep you laughing. Show times are every Friday and Saturday nights, and ticket prices can range between $12 and $18 as of 2010. Alcohol is served, as they have a full bar, and you can purchase foods like pizza, pretzels, burgers and popcorn.

Zanies Comedy Night Club, which has been in operation for 32 years, has four locations across the nation. The Illinois location features well-known comics each week. For example, you can see the Tonight Show's Robert Klein, Tom Green or Jake Johannsen from the Late Show with David Letterman. Expect to see a show every day of the week starting as early as 7 p.m. and as late as 11:30 p.m. The dress code is casual. There is a two item minimum purchase per person and it does not have to be alcohol. Food is served, which consists of nachos, pizza and snack mix. You will also enjoy your stand-up comic in a smoke-free environment.
