Don't be fooled by the name--you won't be seeing an athletic event. Instead, spectators get innovative and funny improv comedy shows four nights a week over 52 weeks a year. Vancouver TheatreSports League's most popular show is ""Laugh It Off," in which the comedians perform skits, songs and scenes from audience input. Other shows have two improv teams "playing" one another with the audience deciding the winner by the most laughs. There is no age limit for the shows. Fledgling comedians can take workshops to learn improv techniques.
