How to Use Guitar Pro 5 With Audacity

Guitar Pro 5 is a software program designed specifically for generating guitar and bass tablature. You can also write drum tablature and sheet music. So with Guitar Pro, you can write all of the instrumentation for a song and listen to audio samples. Audacity is a freeware audio editing program. It is possible for Guitar Pro 5 audio samples to be imported into Audacity as WAVE or MIDI files. Audacity can be used to create MIDI files, which can be read by Guitar Pro 5 and converted to tablature or sheet music.
