How to Use VocAlign RTA

Digital audio workstations, or DAW, enable you to record, mix, edit and master audio using your computer. They come with a range of native and third-party applications. Although multiple applications are universal, some DAW are only compatible with certain formats. Pro Tools developed the Real Time Audiosuite, or RTA, application format. RTA applications use the computer's processor, rather than that of the DAW, making them quicker to run. VocALign is a third-party application available in RTA format for Pro Tools. With it, you can line up two pieces of audio so they play back in sync.
