How to Use Autotune for Magix Music Maker 15

Musicians may choose to autotune their vocal tracks with Magix Music Maker 15. Whether your vocals aren't quite up to par or if you're going for the "T-Pain" effect that has become so popular in recent club and hip-hop hits, Music Maker 15 comes with a built-in autotune function, called "Elastic Audio." This function is as simple to use as the rest of the program.

Instructions

    • 1

Right click on the vocal track you want to autotune.

    • 2

Scroll down to "Elastic Audio" on the options list.

    • 3

In the Elastic Audio window, specify the key that the song is in.

    • 4

Choose the scale that you want the vocal notes to adjust to. The different scale options will change the vocal melody considerably. If you don't already know what scale your song is in, experiment until the vocals sound right to you.
