How to Set the T-Pain Auto Tune to Sony Acid Pro 7

Since the rise of musician and singer T-Pain, Antares Auto Tune has gained notoriety in the music industry. The musician utilizes the digital audio plug-in in specific fashion to produce his sound. You must first import an audio track into Sony Acid Pro before you can begin utilizing Auto Tune.

      Open a Web browser on your computer. Navigate to the Antares website at antarestech.com. Purchase and download the Antares Auto Tune plugin. Open the Auto Tune installation file on your computer and follow the instructions provided by Antares.

      Open the Sony Acid Pro program on your computer. Select the "Track" menu and then click "New Audio Track." Select "File" and then choose "Import Audio." Navigate the browser menu and select the audio file you want to use with Auto Tune.

      Select the "Effect" menu and then choose "Track Effects." Double-Click the "Plugins" folder and then select "Auto Tune." Click the "OK" button.
