How to Get the Kinta to Pulse to Music

The Kinta from Chauvet is a DMX-controllable lighting system that is suitable for music venues, parties and mobile DJs. The unit features 40 multicolored lenses and projects 80 beams of light that can be controlled with a DMX controller. The Kinta also pulses to the beat of your music when it is in stand-alone mode. Instructions

      Install the Kinta in the desired location using a hanging clamp and safety mount. Mount the Kinta on a lighting stand or tripod light stand that supports at least 13 lbs. Choose a well-ventilated location to prevent the Kinta from overheating.

      Plug the Kinta into an electrical outlet. Do not attach a DMX controller. The Kinta is in stand alone -- sound reactive -- mode by default.

      Place your speakers in the desired location.

      Turn your sound system on and play your music. Increase the volume until the Kinta's lights react to the sound.
