When was first concert?

The first rock concert, as we currently define them, was held on March 12, 1952 at the Cleveland Arena, billed as "The Moondog Coronation Ball". The concert featured the local acts of the Paul Williams Orchestra, the Sonny Dunham Orchestra and the Bill Haley & His Comets.
