An annual event that is celebrating over 35 years in the area, the weekend-long Telluride Bluegrass Festival takes place every June in the town of Telluride, Colorado. Highlights of the 2010 music schedule include Leftover Salmon, Bela Fleck, Keller and the Keels, Yonder Mountain String Band, Punch Brothers, Carolina Chocolate Drops and many more. There is no on-site camping available at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, but several campgrounds are located within a reasonable walking distance from the venue. RV accommodations are available for an additional charge.

Yarmonygrass is a weekend-long festival that takes place during August in Rancho Del Rio, Colorado. Highlights of Yarmonygrass 2010 include two nights of Railroad Earth, Kyle Hollingsworth Band with DJ Logic, EOTO, Nershi-Law Duo with Tao Seeger, The Contribution and more. Other activities at Yarmonygrass include workshops and rafting on the Colorado River. All ticket sales include on-site camping. RV camping is limited and available at an extra charge. Children 10 years of age or younger receive free admission to the event.

The inaugural year for the Mile High Music Festival was 2008, and it's now held every summer in the Denver area. Past performers include Tool, Widespread Panic, Gov't Mule, The Wailers, Buddy Guy, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, The Fray, G. Love & Special Sauce, Railroad Earth, Davy Knowles & Backdoor Slam and many more. Since there is no camping on the festival grounds at the Mile High Music Festival, other arrangements need to be made in the way of local campsites or hotels. Children under the age of 8 receive free admission with a paid adult.
