Rapping live in front of an audience, even friends at a party, is an important step in honing your craft. Live performances allow you to develop your chops, stage presence and overall confidence.
Make a rap demo. Select three to four songs that demonstrate your versatility and range. Record the demo in a recording studio or home studio. Another option is to record live performances.
