How to Transfer Songs to an MP3 Player From Rhapsody

Rhapsody provides users with a database of over 6 million songs to choose from. All songs in the Rhapsody database are in a digital format. You may elect to pay for an unlimited monthly plan or buy individual songs to listen to on a PC or an mp3 player. If you chose to download individual tracks, the process of adding a song to your mp3 device is based on a simple plug-and-play approach.

      Log on to rhapsody.com.

      Click on the "mp3 store" link. You'll be shown links to various music genres. In addition, you can search for mp3 songs by title, new release or artist. Take note of the "best sellers" section as well.

      Click on the "get the Rhapsody mp3 Download Manager" button, then click the "Run" button to start the installation process. Follow the prompts to complete the Rhapsody download manager installation. This will allow you to have your Rhapsody MP3 downloads automatically saved to your iTunes library or media player.

      Choose your songs or albums by clicking the "add to cart" button. After you've selected all the songs you want to purchase, click "proceed to checkout." Provide information from your debit or credit card to finance your purchase. After you've completed your purchase, your songs will automatically download.

      Plug your MP3 device into your computer using a USB cord. If you are using an iPod, your device will automatically begin adding the new songs in your iTunes library. If you're using Windows Media Player, click the "sync" button. Drag the Rhapsody songs you want to add to your mp3 into the sync window. Click the "start sync" button. This transfers your Rhapsody songs to your mp3 player.
