How to Upload an Album on MySpace Music

One of the best ways to promote your music is through MySpace Music. It's free, easy and dependable. Instead of mass producing and spending lots of money on CD's and merchandise, spend your time uploading music online so that people all over the world can access your music. Best of all, it won't cost you a dime.

Instructions

      Go to Myspace.com and sign up for a "Myspace Band and Artist" account.

      Fill out the registration form and directions. (If you have already have an account, you can disregard this step.)

      Log into your account and click on "Profile" at the top of the page, below the Myspace header.

      Select "Edit Profile" from the drop-down menu.

      Select "Manage Featured Songs," the fourth tab on the right.

      Click on the "Add Song" link at the lower part of the "Edit Profile" page. This will direct you to the "Edit Song Details" page. Fill in the song title, album title and album year, and post lyrics to each of your songs so that your fans can sing along at your shows.

      After you have filled out the song details, you will be able to upload an MP3. You must own the copyrights to the music you upload. Select the MP3 from your computer and select "Upload."

      Repeat Step 7 until you've uploaded your entire album or EP. MySpace allows you to upload up to 10 songs.
