Open Windows Media Player and insert your audio CD. Click "RIP" from the menu bar and choose "More Options." Under the "RIP Music" tab change the "Format" to MP3" and click "OK." Select the "RIP your CD" from the list on the RIP menu. Check each track that you want to RIP from your CD into a file on your computer. Click the "Start Rip" button on the bottom right corner. Rip status changes to Ripping until completed. Check that the RIP status changes to Ripped to library when complete.
Open iTunes and insert your audio CD. Select the "Import Settings" button on the bottom left. Change the "Import Using" to the "MP3 Encoder" and click "OK." Click the "Import CD" button on the bottom right corner to import the entire CD into your music library. Wait for the CD to be imported into your iTunes library.
Connect your MP3 player to your computer with a USB cable. Go to "Start" and click on "Computer" to access the MP3 Player in "Devices with removable storage." Double-click the MP3 player to see the files stored on it. Right-click with the right mouse button on the MP3 Player and select "Explore" to see a list of the files. Drag each file to a folder on your hard drive to upload to your computer.
Connect to the Internet and go to a website for sharing music (see Reference below) or a social networking website. Sign in and go to the upload or file-sharing section of the website. Go to the location on your hard drive where your MP3 files are saved. Do a "Search" from the Start button to find your files. Double-click each file and upload to the website.
