Visit office.microsoft.com and click the templates tab.
Browse through the list of templates until you find one that suits your needs. Some have covers and artwork on them, while others have areas of blank spaces where you can insert the artwork yourself.
Click the image of the template once you've found what you're looking for. Click the "download" button on the following page. Save the template wherever you like, but it will pop up in Microsoft Word automatically.
Click the text boxes to edit the track names, artist name, album name or anything else that you want to customize. You can also change the font by clicking a text box and using the text tool to alter the size, shape and color of the fonts.
Click "Insert > Picture" to add artwork or graphics to your CD cover case. Browse through your files until you find the picture that you want to use as the cover. Click "Open" when you've found it to add it to your template. Click the corners of the image to stretch and reshape it until it's the size that you want.
Click "File > Print" to print out your finished CD case cover. Cut around the edges, fold along the lines and insert it into your CD case.
