How to Find WAV Sounds

WAV or Waveform Audio File Format is the default sound format for Microsoft and IBM computers. In contrast to MP3 format, WAV files are much larger in file size and are considered a raw format. Although any sound can be in WAV format, most WAV files are short in duration. This includes clips from larger audio pieces and sound effects as well. Moreover, most WAV files are free to download because the material isn't copyrighted.
