How to Put More Songs on a Recordable CD

A standard recordable CD burned as an audio CD can hold a maximum of 80 minutes of music. However, a standard recordable CD burned as a data CD can hold a maximum of 700 megabytes and is not limited by the length of the music stored on it. Because of this, burning a recordable CD in the data format will allow you to fit far more songs on the CD. The total number of songs you can fit on a recordable CD will depend on the file size of the songs you choose.
