How to Convert an MP3 URL to a WMA Music Code

Several audio formats exist to make files smaller and compatible with proprietary software. MP3 files are condensed files that make it possible to stream and send music over the Internet quickly. Some audio quality is lost when listening to an MP3 file, but the trade-off is that the music is more compact and easier to share online. WMA is a format created by Microsoft for its media player applications.
