How to Get Oxygen 8 in Traktor

Traktor is a digital audio workstation that allows users to create seamless DJ mixes using MP3s, WAVs and other digital audio files. Traktor features an array of audio effects and beat-matching tools, the parameters of which are controllable via Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) protocol. Oxygen 8 is a MIDI device that allows users to control Traktor's built-in audio effects and tools.

     Click the drop-down menu in "Deck A" and select "Audio Through."

     Open "Preferences" and click the "Input Routing" tab.

     Click the drop-down menu in "Input Channel A." Select "1: Digital Input In 0."

     Click the "MIDI Clock" tab. Select "Send MIDI Clock."

     Click the metronome icon to display the Master Clock settings. Click the "Play/Pause" button and connect the Oxygen 8 to the audio interface via the MIDI cable.
