Open your web browser and type in "Oldtvguides.com" This site has every issue of "TV Guide" available from 1948 to 2005.
Click "Try Browsing Our TV Guide Catalogues." You will be taken to a screen that has links to every year available, including 1990 to 1999.
Click on the link for the year you wish to browse. You will be taken to another screen where you will be given a listing of every issue, a description of the cover and the articles contained inside. Each issue also contains all the television listings for that particular week of the 1990s. In addition, the price of the individual issue is listed in the far right-hand column.
Click the price next to the issue and you will be taken to an order form. Fill out your billing and shipping information and the guide will be sent to you by mail, complete with all the television listings from that week in the 1990s.
