Film yourself performing your talent. For singers, "America's Got Talent" provides a list of recommended songs on its audition page. Some of these songs include "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga, "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor and "Apologize" by One Republic. The video must be about 90 seconds long.
Sign into your YouTube account to upload the video. If you do not already have an account, you can create one by clicking the "Create Account" link at the top right of the YouTube homepage. Once you have created your account and signed in, select the "Upload" link at the top of the page to upload your video.
Submit the video to "America's Got Talent." You can do this using one of three methods. Visit nbc.com/americas-got-talent/auditions and select the "Singers" or "All Other Acts" button from the submission form. Select "Submit Video." The page will redirect you to YouTube where you can sign in and allow their channel to link with yours. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit the appropriate video.
Alternately, perform the same method by visiting the show's Facebook page, located at facebook.com/nbcagt instead of the official page. You can also film and upload the video on an Apple or Android phone with Internet access, provided you have downloaded the free "America's Got Talent" app at the appropriate app store for your phone.
