How to Build Your Own Stormtrooper Armor
The stalwart stormtrooper is an iconic image for Star Wars fans. The stormtrooper's armor can be recreated via a no-sew technique with Styrofoam and white duct tape, which are both available at fabric supply stores. This stormtrooper costume would be perfect for a Halloween trick-or-treater of any age and would also be a big hit at a costume party. An older child could build their own costume with little fuss, adding his or her own creative touches in the process.
