Identify the rendered layer to which you've applied the motion blur. Double-click it.
Go to your viewer. There are at least three tabs at the top, depending on other effects you've added to this particular layer. The three default tabs are "Video," "Filters" and "Motion."
Click on the "Motion" tab. The list of forms of motion should include scale, rotation, center, anchor point, crop, distort, opacity, drop shadow and motion blur. The motion blur effect will have a box to the left of it that is checkmarked and turned blue.
Click on the box to the left of the motion blur effect to deactivate it.
Return to the timeline of your project file and re-render your video with the motion blur removed.
Identify the layer to which you've applied the motion blur in your already-rendered graphic.
Click on the title of this layer to highlight it.
Move your mouse to the right of your highlighted layer. There are three boxes, either empty or selected. The leftmost of the three boxes will contain the motion blur logo, which is a set of gradually fading circles. This logo means that you have motion blur applied to this layer.
Click on the motion blur logo to deactivate motion blur for this layer.
Add the graphic to your render queue again and re-render it without motion blur on the selected layer.
