Save your file to a hard drive and open in Virtual Dub Mod, which is a video capture and linear processing tool. Select video and highlight frame rate.
Navigate to source rate adjustment in the top section of the dialog box. Go to "frameserve" and highlight "MPEG encoder." Select "change to 119.88 frames per second." The source rate adjustment will be highlighted in your dialog box. Once you change the frame rate, your video will move at a faster speed.
Select "decimate by four" in the frame rate conversion section.
Click "Video," then select "Output. Choose "output codec and encode" to remove your duplicate frames and restore the original image to 29.97 frames per second.
Play back your image to see your frames fixed.
