Select the layer whose motion blur you'd like to stop by double-clicking on it.
In the viewer, click on the "Motion" tab. There are several rows of motion options, including scale, position and rotation, but the second option from the bottom is "Motion Blur." To the right of the "Motion Blur" label is a box that indicates if motion blur has been selected or not. Because it will have been selected in this circumstance, it will be blue with a check mark inside the box.
Click on the check marked box next to the "Motion Blur" label. The box should now be white without a check mark, indicating that motion blur has been deactivated.
Render your sequence to complete the process.
Identify the layer whose motion blur you would like to stop and click on it so that the entire layer is highlighted.
Find the "Motion Blur" selection box. The layer you have selected is identified by the title of the file all the way to the left. As you move to the right across this highlighted layer, there are three effects selection boxes just to the left of the timeline. The Motion Blur box will have the Motion Blur icon inside of it because Motion Blur is activated on this layer. The Motion Blur icon is a series of fading circles.
Click on the "Motion Blur" icon. The box will now be empty, indicating the deactivation of "Motion Blur."
Add your composition to the render queue and render it to view your movie without 3-D blur.
Locate the "Viewer" tab in your workspace. In a traditional Motion workspace, the "Viewer" tab is in the top, left corner.
Click on the "Viewer" tab so that a drop-down menu appears. About two-thirds of the way down the drop-down menu is the "Motion Blur" option. Because motion blur has been turned on in your project, there will be a check mark to the left of the "Motion Blur" option.
Click on "Motion Blur." The check mark will disappear, indicating the fact that motion blur has been deactivated.
Export your movie and view it without 3-D blur.
