Make a division of your article using your word-processing program. Divide your article into groups of sentences and paragraphs. As a basic guide, each slide should have about five sentences for convenient reading.
Make a new PowerPoint presentation and choose the slide background you want from the options available.
Copy each group of sentences or paragraphs from the word-processing program, then paste each one into the applicable PowerPoint presentation slide.
Click the "File" menu and choose "Make Movie." Some versions require clicking the "File" menu and choosing "Save and Send," then "Create a Video." As you get prompted for a file name and drive destination for your video file, type in your preferred file name and choose where you want the file to be saved.
Use the default settings or configure your settings so you have better control of how your video should look. To do this, go to the "Movie Options" button, then choose your preferences for "Size and quality," "Media settings" and "Save information" from the dialog box that appears. Explore these preferences, then change any settings like the size, playback quality, optimization and slide transitions as needed.
Click "Background soundtrack," unless you don't intend to put audio in your video file, then choose from any audio or music file you have so it can be included in your video during playback. You may separately make an audio file of your voice reading your article or simply use a music background for your final video.
Click the "OK" button. This leads you back to the main window, which has the "Save" button that can confirm the conversion.
Click the "Save" button to start converting the PowerPoint file into video format.
