The Lagoon Colosseum is a location in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, not in Pokemon Battle Revolution.
In Pokemon Battle Revolution, you can battle in different stadiums and coliseums, but the Lagoon Colosseum is not one of them.
