3. The tributes from District 2: The tributes from District 2 (aside from Gloss) are killed by the tracker jackers.
4. The tribute from District 3: The tribute from District 3 is killed by the Careers.
5. The tribute from District 4: The tribute from District 4 is killed by the tracker jackers.
6. The tribute from District 5: The tribute from District 5 is killed by the Careers.
7. The tribute from District 6: The tribute from District 6 is killed by the Careers.
