Where do you see lickilicky in Pokemon platinum?

You can't find Lickilicky in Pokémon Platinum. It was introduced in Generation IV, but only in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.

To get Lickilicky, you would need to:

* Trade: Obtain a Lickitung from another player who has played Diamond or Pearl.

* Transfer: Transfer a Lickitung from a Diamond or Pearl save file to Platinum via the Pal Park.

Once you have a Lickitung, you can evolve it into Lickilicky by leveling it up to level 30.
