What does ultimate means?

Ultimate has several meanings and uses:

6.An Ultimatum: A final demand usually presenting a choice between two extremes.

7.Noun In Games and Sports: Denoting the final stage of a competition or activity, such as the ultimate Frisbee, the ultimate game, or the ultimate match.

8.In Philosophy: Ultimate is used to refer to that that is fundamental, foundational, or beyond which no further explanation is needed.

9.In Physics: The ultimate speed limit is the speed of light in a vacuum.

10.Science and Technology: Something is considered ultimate when it has reached the highest level of refinement or cannot be further improved upon in its category.

11.In Religion: Ultimate refers to the supreme being, absolute truth, or ultimate reality.
