Stand with your feet together and your hands held above your waist.
Bend your knees and step forward on your left foot.
Transfer your weight to your left leg and straighten your left knee. Allow your left hip to move backward and your left shoulder to move forward.
Bend your left knee, rock backward onto your right foot, transfer your weight and straighten your right knee. Let your right hip move backward and your right shoulder move forward.
Bend your right knee, bring your left foot beside your right, transfer your weight to your left foot and straighten your left knee.
Continue bending your weight-bearing knee, stepping, transferring your weight and straightening your weight-bearing knee throughout the dance.
Lead with your rib cage when stepping to the left and right. Isolate your rib cage and move it in the direction of the step and just before you actually take the step.
