Use large arm circles to start the twisting motion. The longer the banners, the larger your arm circles must reach.
Walk and run while circling your arms to keep the banners floating. Just make sure that you keep the ribbons parallel to you or that you leap over the banners if they cross your path.
Extend your arms upward and slightly out when spinning for the best twirling effect with the ribbons. End the spin by extending your arms outward and expanding the circle the banners create.
Move your spins up or down for an added flow effect with the banners.
