    • 2

Wear loose fit clothing so that you will be comfortable. This will also ensure you can do the dance moves with more ease. Tennis shoes, sweat pants and a T-shirt are fine. Take off jewelry or accessories you have on---this dance requires a lot of jumping and sliding.

    • 3

Stand with your feet shoulder length apart. Jump in the air and come down with your right foot crossed in front of the left foot. Jump again and, when you hit the ground, place your feet back into shoulder length position.

    • 4

Lift your right foot behind you to touch your left hand. Place the foot back on the ground. Lift your arms up and twist your shoulders and immediately stomp your right foot on the ground.

    • 5

Tap the left foot across the right once. Bring the left foot back to original position and tap again. Tap the left foot one step behind you. Lean forward into the "superman stance." Come back into your original stance.

    • 6

Hold the right arm out to the side. Bring the left arm across your chest to align with the right arm. Jump four steps to the left and then four steps to the right.
