How to Make a Rave Flyer

Rave flyers are used to announce when and where a party is, who is deejaying and directions to the rave site. Usually, they are high gloss flyers printed in full-color and are created by an artist or graphic designer. Some flyers may even include metallic inks. Oftentimes, the rave flyer visuals include psychedelic or 3D imagery. Within the rave community, there are well-known flyer designers whose fans go to the rave to collect their artwork, but you can still create your own rave flyer even if you're not a professional designer.

  1. How to Create a Rave Flyer

      Visit website zazzle.com/rave+flyers. A page will open up with a list of several styles of rave posters that you can choose from.

      Click on your favorite style poster to open it into a new window. This is the window that will allow you to customize your flyer with any information your guests will need.

      Click "Step 1 - Personalize it," located on the right side of the screen. Move the side scroll bar down until you see the text areas to edit. Enter the following text: title, date, admission charge, band or deejay names, website address.

      Click on "Step 2 - Choose your style, size and paper type." Select which paper you would like to use by clicking one of the two boxes displayed. One paper offered is cheaper than the other.

      Scroll back up to the top of the same page and select the quantity of flyers you want, then click the "Add To Cart" button.

      Complete your transaction with a credit card or PayPal, by clicking the "Check Out" button.
