With your feet standing side by side, begin by moving your left foot by stepping to its side and bringing it back in once. While moving your feet, clasp your hands together (as if praying) and circle your hands two times around while moving your hands to the right across your chest.
Circle your hands around the top of your head once then slide your hands down the sides of your chest to reach and open your knees with a popping motion. Next, lift and angle your right knee inward and outward, stepping the right foot behind your left foot, step right, step left. Keep your arms to your sides and down, rolling the shoulders back two to three times in a freestyle fashion.
Reach down to the ground (as if you're picking something up) to the right and turn body to left with your arms at angles. Pop down and jump with feet out wide. Walk over to right with arms outstretched, bounce and place your feet so your body is back facing forward.
Turn your left toe in, then turn your right foot in; bend down to place your hands between your legs, jump in place and out forward. Next, place hands in front of your crotch and rotate your upper body around. Your left knee comes up to your chest and down while your arms come down to meet your knees. Do this two times. Cross your arms, place hands around mouth as if calling someone while moving your buttocks outward. Cross your arms over your chest while spinning counterclockwise. Repeat the dance from beginning.
This is a hip-hop style of dance so you should wear comfortable and protective clothing and loose-fitting pants. T-shirts or long-sleeved shirts, sneakers or closed-toe shoes are ideal.
