Stand in a line about 3 feet away from the person next to you on the dance floor. Everyone should be facing the same direction. Take three steps forward and clap your hands one time.
Take three step backward and clap your hands one time.
Roll your upper body to the side four times, alternating left and right, leading with your shoulders.
Stand in place. Put your hands on your hips and shake them three times to the rhythm of the music.
Take eight steps to your left by first stepping with your left foot, and then dragging your right foot. Once you complete the eighth step, join your feet together and clap your hands one time.
Repeat Step 5 toward the right side to return to your original location.
Turn toward the left side of the room and take three steps in that direction. Clap your hands one time as you take three quick steps in place.
Repeat Step 7 as you take three steps backward.
Stand in place. Roll your upper body to the side four times, alternating left and right, leading with your shoulders.
Put your hands on your hips and shake them three times to the rhythm of the music. Clap your hands one time.
Take three steps forward. Clap your hands one time while you take three quick steps in place. You should still be facing the left side of the room.
Take three steps backwards. Clap your hands one time while you take three quick steps in place.
Roll your upper body to the side four times, alternating left and right, leading with your shoulders. Stand in place. Put your hands on your hips and shake them three times to the rhythm of the music. Clap you hands one time.
Repeat Step 5. Take eight steps to your left by first stepping with your left foot, then dragging your right foot. Once you complete the eighth step, join your feet together and clap your hands one time.
Repeat Step 6 as you return toward the right side.
Repeat the steps as you rotate and face each of the four directions of the dance floor.
