Stand and extend your right leg in front of you and your left leg to the left of you. Place your hands on the floor so your right hand is on the floor in between your legs.
Lift your left hand in the air to help with both balance and momentum.
Put your weight on your left leg and swing your right leg up and around.
Rotate your legs around your body, shifting your weight from one hand to the other and back again as your legs pass.
