What is Carnie Wilson famous for?

Carnie Wilson is an American singer, songwriter, actress, author, and television personality. She is best known as a founding member of the pop group Wilson Phillips, along with her sister Wendy Wilson and friend Chynna Phillips.

The group had several Billboard chart-toppers in the early 1990s. After that, she's starred on and hosted numerous reality VH-1 show and released two solo albums. She has since ventured into acting and voice acting and has appeared in many television shows and movies, like Bridemaids. Currently, Carnie hosts a SiriusXM Stars station which she developed and executive produces with iHeart Media/Premiere Networks called Carnie Wilson with Chrissy Russo. Along with her talk show, Carnie is actively involved in writing songs, singing, acting, as well as raising money for several charities close to her heart.
