What book did Alastor Moody die in?

Alastor Moody, also known as Bartemius Crouch Jr. disguised as Moody, died in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. He was killed by Voldemort in the graveyard scene, after being tricked by Peter Pettigrew and Bellatrix Lestrange.
