Philip Terdoo Ahire (1962–2013) was a Nigerian writer and poet from Benue State. He is best known for his novel *The Last Carver*, which won the ANA Prose Prize in 1999. Ahire was also a recipient of the Benue State Art and Culture Merit Award.
