When was Espen Eriksen Trio created?

While there's no official "creation date" for the Espen Eriksen Trio, it's generally accepted that the trio was formed in 1997 when Espen Eriksen, a talented Norwegian jazz pianist, teamed up with bassist Lars Andreas Haug and drummer Torstein Lofthus.

They quickly gained popularity, releasing their debut album, "The Door," in 1999 and solidifying their place in the Scandinavian jazz scene.
