How do you get Vulpix in Pokemon FireRed?

You can't get Vulpix in Pokemon FireRed. Vulpix is exclusive to Pokemon LeafGreen.

If you're playing FireRed, you can get Growlithe in place of Vulpix. You can find it on Route 24 near the Pokemon Mansion.
