I have the admant and lustrous orbs but Dialga or Palkia arent at spear pillar.?

In order for Dialga and Palkia to appear at Spear Pillar, you need to have either the Adamant or Lustrous Orb in your inventory, _not both_. If you have both, only one of them will appear.
