Where did George Washington Carver live?

George Washington Carver spent most of his life at Tuskegee Institute in Alabama. He lived and worked there for almost 50 years, from 1896 until his death in 1943.

While Tuskegee was his primary home, he was born into slavery in Missouri, and his early life was spent moving around the state.
