In 2008, "Sunshine Artist" magazine voted The Naples National Art Festival the fifth best art festival in the country. This festival focuses on attracting experienced art collectors. There is original jewelry and clothing that have not been duplicated. Out of 1,000 artists who apply, 275 of the country's top artists are selected by a jury to display and sell their works at the festival. Their works include watercolors, fine arts, prints, photography, fine crafts, pottery and more. What gives this festival an edge is that they host quality lectures on Saturday for guests to meet the talented artists and study their art skills up close.
