Measure the distance on the corrugated siding from one raised corrugation to another. Keep this measurement in your head or write it down.
Measure your poster board and make sure the length is greater than the measurement of the raised corrugated siding. If the length is not greater, the probability of making the sign stick is significantly reduced.
Place a length of double-sided tape across the raised corrugations on the corrugated siding. You can use one piece of tape for all four corners of the sign, or for the top two corners. The exact length will vary depending on the amount of space between the raised corrugations and the length of your sign.
Place the sign on the double-sided tape. Smooth down the sign on the tape by rubbing it in one direction with your hands. Take a few steps back and make sure the sign is straight. Adjust as needed.
Punch one hole in each top corner of your sign using the hole punch.
Measure how far apart the holes in the sign are and keep that measurement in mind when placing the holes in the corrugated siding.
Drill a starter hole into the corrugated siding using a small drill bit. This serves as an excellent guide for your screws.
Screw the sign into the corrugated siding using a screwdriver bit in the electric drill.
