Scan your desired tattoo images into your computer or search for any image you like online or in your word processor's clip art library. Insert your chosen images into a blank word processing document. Resize them according to your needs, if necessary.
Feed one sheet of tattoo paper into the printer's paper tray, according to the directions for your tattoo paper and your printer's orientation.
Print out one page of tattoo paper at a time. Hand-feed additional sheets as needed to prevent jamming your printer and wasting paper.
Wait for the ink to dry completely.
Apply an adhesive sheet, included with your tattoo paper, over the printed images. Then flatten out the adhesive sheet to remove air bubbles, and cut closely around the edge of each image with scissors, advises Microsoft Home Magazine.
Peel off the adhesive backing when you're ready to apply the tattoo.
Shave your target application area if necessary. Clean your skin with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry.
Place the tattoo on your skin and hold a warm washcloth firmly against the tattoo paper for 30 seconds. The tattoo paper should look translucent.
Remove the tattoo paper and allow your skin to dry before touching the tattoo.
Wash off the tattoo with rubbing alcohol.
