How to Make a Large Size Graffiti Stencil
If you want to paint a design or some letters on a wall in the graffiti style, one thing you can make that will help you with this process is a large stencil. Having a stencil will allow you to quickly and accurately get the spray paint design on the wall. It will also allow you to repeat identical images multiple times. Making a stencil is a fairly simple process.
- Poster board
- Pencil
- Markers
- Craft Knife

Draw the shape you want for your stencil design onto a sheet of poster board.

Use the markers to fill in the shapes that you want to be the holes in your stencil. Keep in mind that letters and other shapes that have voids inside them, such as “B,” will have to be designed so that the void spaces are still connected to the outer sheet.

Use your craft knife to cut out the filled-in areas of the stencil. The stencil is now ready to use.
