Instructions for Elmer's Spray Adhesive

Elmer's is a company that manufactures glues and adhesive. Elmer's introduced the first consumer white glue in 1947. Elmer's spray adhesive is a glue that is formulated to mount items to various surfaces. It is safe for plastics, photos, fabrics, papers, foils, cork, metals, woods, films, felts, foams, canvases, glass, cardboard, foam, rubbers and leather. Elmer's spray adhesive can be used for craft projects as well as home repairs.

      Wipe the surface that you are gluing items to with a damp sponge. Remove all dirt and dust to ensure the item will stick correctly.

      Shake the can of Elmer's spray adhesive. Press the button at the top of the can to release the adhesive. Spray on the back of the item you want to glue in long, even strokes.

      Press the item to be glued onto the surface. Use your hands to smooth the item being glued if needed. Press the item firmly in place with both hands for 30 to 60 seconds until it sticks.
